KLJ Helps Secure $25 Million RAISE Grant for Robert Street Complete Streets and Viaduct Replacement
Bismark, ND January 30, 2025– KLJ Engineering LLC (KLJ) is pleased to announce that our team recently helped secure a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) discretionary grant for the reconstruction and modernization of approximately 1.5 miles of Robert Street in St. Paul, Minn. This crucial project, funded as part of the Department of Transportation's $1.32 billion RAISE grant awards, will deliver significant safety, mobility, and sustainability improvements to the
