Description

Are You a Lobbyist?

Learn about the latest changes to lobbyist registration rules with MN Campaign Finance Board Executive Director Jeff Sigurdson and ACEC/MN lobbyists Tom Poul and Courtney Jasper.

Over the last few years there have been expanded rules for registering as a lobbyist at the legislature to try to increase transparency around interactions with local governments. These changes may require ACEC/MN members to register as lobbyists for their work with local governments. Join the conversation on June 4 at 2:00pm to learn more about the changes to local lobbying definitions and how it may impact you.
