Todd Rapp, President and CEO, Rapp Strategies
For the past 14 years, Todd have served as a political commentator on Minnesota Public Radio and has been frequently quoted in state and national media for his perspectives on the factors that influence election success. He will help break down the tightest of the races in an unusually tight election year: President, the battle for control of Congress and the handful of races that will determine control of Minnesota Legislature.
